Thanks for sharing! I have been bringing sweet treats to work instead of keeping it in my cupboard, cause I feel more in control of what I'm eating when I'm at work, and I get to share them with coworkers. I like the idea of leaving the house for a sweet treat, to make it a moment!

Dark chocolate covered almonds and/or dark chocolate pb cups are essential sweet hits, nobody thrives on depravation!

Holy shit, THANK YOU. I am so sick of seeing people's lazy meals that are either a) not lazy or b) not yummy. The 8-5 grind is rough and my husband and I find it so difficult to pull together the energy to make a dinner that's actually good for us.

Love your article so much. I hate feeling like a raccoon who ransacked a trash bin in someone'sne backyard. For me it comes down to not being in a "trash mood" looking for satisfaction from carbs. That might be my biggest problem.
